GREEK and AMERICAN MOSAIC
"A remarkable film concerning the life of Greek immigrants in the U.S."
- Melina Mercuouri, Actress and Greek Minister of Culture (1981-1989; 1993-4)
"Its soul is complete, its emotions intense, and its goal accomplished."
- Father Chris Kerhulas, ORTHODOX OBSERVER
SYNOPSIS
This film is a memorial to the thousands of Greek men and women who worked in the shoe shops and cotton mills of New England. With rare interviews, these immigrants, who came to America before 1910, recount their experiences which are contrasted by their relatives back in the "old country".

Comments:
"Thank you for making this video and the information supplied. Greece is an amazing country and Europe owes its very existance to the Greeks. Northern Epirus is something I was unaware of. A great video - thanks again."
